Ear candling
Otherwise known as thermo-auricular therapy, the original source of the technique seems to be from medical ceremonies performed by a Native American Indian tribe called the Hopis (meaning ‘peaceful people’).
Quite different from conventional wax candles, an ear candle is actually a cotton tube, impregnated with beeswax, honey and, sometimes, therapeutic oils, that are painlessly inserted into the ear, which in some people may help to draw out impurities, relieve pressure in the head and sinuses, and aid hearing problems.

Hydrotherm Massage
Hydrotherm massage is a completely different kind of massage. You lie back on a sea of warmth and relaxation supported by two heated water cushions. Throughout the treatment you will lay face upwards without the need to turn at any point. This will support the spine making this position very comfortable and beneficial for many conditions.
Hydrotherm Massage induces a deep state of relaxation and can be particularly beneficial to clients unable to lie face down or turn over easily, pregnant women, the elderly, claustrophobic or asthmatic clients.
